Commission a painting or gift a painting to a family member, friend or colleague.

Do you have a room missing that extra something? Have a portrait of a loved one, pet or favorite musician in mind? Envision an abstract painting in a specific color scheme? An original painting is what you’re looking for. Get in touch!

I paint using high-quality acrylic on canvas or illustration board of any size, and I can reference one, or several of your personal photos. See below for details on commissioning your very own one-of-a-kind piece, or start the process by sending me an email.

 

Step 1 - Tell me what you’re looking for

Let me know about what you’re looking for, your budget and the date you would like to get your finished piece by.

Step 2 - Pricing

I will contact you to discuss sizing options, reference photos, materials, mounting options, price and date of delivery. Lead time is a minimum of 4 weeks but will ultimately depend on size and complexity of the piece.

 

Step 3 - Down payment of 30%

A 30% non-refundable down payment will be due at signing of the agreement. Payments can be made via Venmo, PayPal or Zelle.

 

Step 4 - Progress updates

I will send regular work in progress updates which may include a combination of photos or video via email.

 

Step 5 - Payment of 40% at half-way point

At the half-way point, a payment of 40% will be due.

 

Step 6 - Payment of 30% on completion

When your piece is complete, the final payment of 30% plus shipping, is due.

 

Step 7 - Shipping to you

All commissioned pieces are shipped within the United States only, via UPS or FedEx, at cost to the buyer. A tracking number will be provided to you.

How long will it take to get my painting?

Shipping cost is determined by UPS or FedEx. Price will range by size, weight and destination.

 

What is the return, exchange & cancellation policy?

There are no returns or exchanges on commissioned paintings. Cancellations will forfeit the 30% deposit.

Will I receive progress updates?

Regular progress updates will be made via email and may include photos and/or video.

Guarantee

Your painting is guaranteed to be free of defects at the time of shipping. In the unlikely event that your painting is damaged, you can opt for a replacement painting.
